Le Bottleneck is a tribute to the mountaineers who climbed the slopes of the K2. Narrow and difficult corridor, le Bottleneck is a must to reach the summit. As an allegory, its name reminds us that cooking is a constant commitment.

Cozy or even intimate, its coherent art of the table and its decoration in raw tones are highlighted by subdued lighting.

The meat and fish are enhanced by multiple braise cooking. 
Grilled vegetables reveal a varied and original vegetable offer. 

Bernard Mure-Ravaud, Best Craftsman of France for cheese, is teamed up with Guillaume Duchemin, Executive Chef of Le K2 Collections, to sign delicious variations of cheese offerings and a selection of signature fondues.

For dessert, Sébastien Vauxion has created a gourmet menu of timeless desserts from French cuisine: blueberry tart, Norwegian omelette, crumble…
