Cocktails & live music
Mixology, like music, finds in the mix the inspiration for original creations. Cocktail art and musical programming, Le 8611 brings its guests every evening where the notes of "live" music resonate with the spicy flavors of a Maison cocktail.
During the day and until 11pm, it welcomes chef Guillaume Duchemin's snacks to share some exceptional snacks in a friendly atmosphere. Then at tea time, it is the turn of the creations of pastry chef Sebastien Vauxion to enter the scene to give the sweetness of a winter day a delicious sweet note.
